  • How can I trust you?
    iLUS LIFE is a UK-based company that has been collaborating with private clinics and hospitals, which have been authorised by the Ministry of Health, The Ministry of Tourism, and the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. We have been serving patients all around the world with the highest standards. We have been working with board-membered surgeons with a proven history and modern facilities. Our expert team will be on your side and assist you during and after your operation/treatment.
  • Can I bring someone with me? Do you charge him/her?
    Of course, you can. No charge for your companion. All bookings will be arranged for two people. We will make all arrangements for your companion as well.
  • I would like to come alone. How do you assist me?
    Feel free if you want to come alone. One of our team members will accompany you during your stay. You will not feel alone here. Oppositely, you will feel as you have friends and family here.
  • Will anyone pick me up at the airport?
    Yes. You will be met by one of the team members and transferred to your hotel by our VIP cars.
  • What currencies do you accept?
    We mostly accept GBP, EUR, USD, AED, SAR, NOK and SEK. We are able to accept some other currencies as well. Please kindly contact us for other payment options.
  • Do you accept 'payment by check'?
    You can deliver your check to our consultants in the UK. However, you need to make full payment before your arrival. We accept all UK-based bank checks. After we receive your check, you will have a confirmation letter by e-mail.
  • Do you accept payment by Credit Card?
    Unfortunately, no.
  • Why do you ask for a deposit payment?
    We ask for a deposit to secure the final offer, your schedule, and the other arrangements. Thus, we are able to book your hotel, arrange your medicine, transfer, garments if needed, insurance, schedule your personal assistance, etc in advance.
  • How much do I need to pay for the deposit?
    It depends on the treatment/operation. You will be informed after you have the final offer.
  • How can I pay my deposit?
    Our team will give you the account details.
  • What if I change my decision? Can I get a refund?
    The deposit is non-refundable except some unexpected conditions. Please kindly find details in Terms&Conditions section.
  • What if my treatment/operation is cancelled?
    When you contact us, our expert team asks you some questions for understanding your medical condition. The information you provide is shared with the surgeons. The surgeons will give us a green light according to your assessment if you are capable of having the treatment/operation. Please kindly keep in your mind that it is an assessment, not the final decision. We will deeply understand your medical situation when you have comprehensive preliminary checks in the hospital. If you are not suitable for the treatment/surgery due to some reasons such as cancer cells observed, pregnancy, cardiovascular disorders, lung diseases, etc, you will be just charged for main expenses such as preliminary tests, hotel booking, and transfer fees. The rest will be refunded.
  • Do you give us a special discount if I need to have a combined operation?
    Yes, we do. You will have a special offer if you need to have several treatments/operations.
  • I am your former patient. What if I will need a new treatment/operation in the coming years?
    We always provide a special discount for our former patients. The discount rate may vary on what you need to have.
  • What experience does my surgeon have?
    We guarantee our patients arrange professional surgeons with a proven history. They are board-membered, have successfully carried out hundreds of surgeries, and are experts in their specialities.
  • Can I choose my surgeon for my operation?
    We work with a bunch of expert surgeons in many specialities. We cannot compare our surgeons with others. After we successfully get your deposit, we will schedule your operation considering your arrival and then share the information about appointing your surgeon. In addition, your surgeon can be changed due to some unexpected situation such as moving to another city, accidents, natural disasters, health issues, determination of the contract, pension etc. In light of these, our other surgeon will be appointed for your surgery. Please kindly be aware that you have accepted the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy' by asking for our services.
  • Can I extend my dietician support after one year?
    Yes, you will have a special offer on a monthly basis.
  • Do you have any interpreter?
    Yes, we do. An interpreter will assist you in translation during your stay. You will be deeply informed about all processes.
  • I have private insurance in my country. Do you accept international insurance?
    Unfortunately, no.
